Best hotel I have stayed in Hanoi

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Vietnam , the location is excellent and close to the lake and all the restaurants, cafes and shops are close by and can be reached by walk , the rooms and facilities are spacious and very clean, the hotel is new and was opened during this year, and the room prices are suitable for all categories and nationality, the staff are highly experienced and all of them are welcoming and helpful at all times, especially the hotel manager Mr. CUONG - thank you very much for the good reception and hospitality.

Perfekt für ein paar Tage in Hanoi

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und perfekt sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist 100% motiviert, den Aufenthalt für jeden zu einem Erlebnis zu machen. Es wird einem die Tür aufgehalten, immer aufgestanden und begrüßt wenn man kommt. Das Frühstück hat eine schöne Auswahl und ist frisch und lecker.
Für einen Aufenthalt in Hanoi sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent Stay

This is a beautifully located hotel close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Stepping out into the street you are straight into the buzz of Hanoi's old quarter. Room was immaculately clean and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Tea on arrival was amazing and staff waved us off as we left in a taxi. I couldn't recommend it enough.

First class at Hanoï !

Accueil raffiné , hôtel très propre, joli, agréable, chambre spacieuse, service très attentionné. Nous avons été très touchés que l’équipe soit venue nous saluer sur le perron de l’hôtel pour nous dire au revoir. Merci

Brand New Hotel - Excellent services

Brand new hotel. Even smells like new. Really modern and first class service from all the staff. Free afternoon tea every day at 2:30. I wasn't even going to stay that many nights in Hanoi but then I just didn't want to leave the hotel. Had the best night sleep since I arrived in Vietnam. Highly recommended. Also got the tour to Ha Lan Bay organized by them with Jadesails and OMG, best experience ever. Mr Cuong and all the staff were exceptional and made me feel at home. I left at 4am for my flight and they prepared me a take away breakfast. I don't like to travel twice to the same place but I would consider coming back only to stay with them again. Thanks for your service.

スタッフの皆さんが本当に親切にしてくださいました。また、ホテルの立地も最高でハノイの旧市街地やホアンキエム湖の周りならば全て歩いていけます。周りに飲食店やマッサージ店も多く素晴らしいです。

Unforgettable stay, perfect location and exceptional service

The service was exceptional, we were met with a beautiful drink and a delicious bean sweet. All the staff were so gracious and friendly. The location is prefect you are right in the heart of everything. We had originally booked at the Somerset grand but changed to here and we are so glad we did. We stayed for 3 nights wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing location and staff

Very good hotel in an amazing location. It has a beautiful view of the lake in the french quarter. The staff was the most welcoming staff we met in an hotel, they helped us book a car to the airport and welcomed us to the tea time at the roof. We had great coffee and tea with cake and Vietnamese sweets. I highly recommend it!

Absolute comfort

Amazing location .Place is very clean , I had difficulty in coping in Hanoi till I found this hotel very clean and room are absolutely comfortable and contains all requirements to ensure Comfort . The staff are very professional and passionate am solo traveller they helped me to go around ensureI do activités that we want in safest way , and always readily available to help . Every time I go to lobby they serve local tea and water and deserts. They have very nice breakfast contains all type of cuisines , also they have free coffee break with delicious dessert and fruits. Definitely recommend it to everyone one visiting Hanoi

Great time in Hanoi - choose Le Premier Hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and within the old city center. The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive as good as possible. The breakfast and view out of the breakfast area is fantastic. The receptionist Ms. Lily assists by planning trips and also give you recommendation in regards of food and location to be visited in Hanoi.

Hotel nuevo y moderno. Desayuno muy variado y rico. Con buffet y opciones a la carta incluidas. Excelente ubicación en el centro. Teníamos un vuelo nocturno y nos ofrecieron toallas y duchas en la zona de spa antes de ir al aeropuerto sin ningún coste. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. No se escucha ningún ruido de la calle. Nos organizaron el transporte al aeropuerto a muy buen precio y en una furgoneta de alta gama. La atención de los empleados es espectacular. Hemos estado viajando por todo Vietnam y es de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado.

The best hotel in Hanoi!!!!!!

I want to praise the hotel staff and the manager especially. We arrived at this hotel in the middle of the night after leaving another hotel that was below all expectations. The nice receptionist welcomed us at one in the morning with a big smile and immediately gave us a lovely room. We stayed in Hanoi for many nights and left Hanoi for sightseeing. All nights we chose to return to this excellent hotel that deserves a commendable mention. The rooms are clean and equipped in an unusual way (wireless charger, iron, high-class safe and more), the staff is kind, the food is delicious and rich! Without a doubt, this is our best choice on the trip!!!!!!

飯店有會中文的服務員，溝通過程很容易，會盡量滿足我們的需求，離還劍湖很近，附近吃的很多，逛的也很多，地理位置優越，房間空間很大

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, unvergesslich in Hanoi

sehr zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, nachmittags Tee/Süssigkeiten/Obst zur Auswahl, Sauberkeit, sehr ruhige Lage, man kann sehr gut schlafen ohne Lärm, sehr gute Mitarbeiterführung, äußerst netter Chef und Geschäftsführer.

Świetny kameralny hotel 😁

Świetny, nowy, czysty i pachnący hotel w świetnej lokalizacji (Old Quarter). Hotel otwarty miesiąc temu więc jeszcze nie jest otwarty taras na 9-tym pietrze ale z baru na 8-mym również pięknie widać jezioro. Pokoje czyste, pościel nowa i bardzo dobrej jakości, ładowarka bezprzewodowa obok łóżka. W pokoju czysto i przyjemnie aż nie chce się nigdzie wychodzić 😁 śniadanie urozmaicone-naprawde smaczne. Do tego personel - bardzo miły, pomocny i uprzejmy oraz nienahalny. Do tego hotelu chce się wracać! Polecam szczerze 😀
