Terms and Conditions for Direct Reservations at Le Premier Hotel

1. Reservation Confirmation
   A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Once your reservation is complete, a confirmation email detailing your stay will be sent.

2. Payment Methods
   We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash (VND or USD). Full payment is required upon check-in at the hotel.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to arrival will incur no charge.
   • Cancellations made within 3-4 days will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.
   • Cancellations made within 2 days or on the day of check-in will be subject to a full charge for the booking.

4. No-Show Policy
   If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, a charge equivalent to the first night will be applied.

5. Children and Extra Beds

   • Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
   • Extra beds can be requested for an additional charge, depending on availability.

6. Room Preferences
   Special requests, such as bed type and room location, will be honored based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

7. Non-Smoking Policy
   All rooms at Le Premier Hotel are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs in non-designated areas.

8. Pets
   Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

9. Check-In and Check-Out

   • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
   • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
     Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
    Your personal data is protected in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used to process your reservation and provide services.
